Chef’s Song and Hong, originally from the Mekong, came to the UK to bring some of their highly sort after recipes overseas. Between them they have over 70 years of experience working as chefs at some of London’s finest Vietnamese restaurants. We’ve now started a journey to make Vietnamese cuisine accessible to everyone and show the passion of the Mekong. Inspired by the island they call home, there are recipes you simply won’t find anywhere else.
Using incredible British produce, we’ve managed to combine and update our menus and the result is tender aged meats with deep Asian flavours. We’ll take you on a path from the comfort to the wow of Vietnamese home cooking with our signature succulent beef stew and our hoisin banh mi’s made from the juices of our roasting.
